AERO CLUB BOARD of DIRECTORS

A quality board of directors for any homeowners association should understand that the salient issues to be dealt with are improving the quality of life and improving the real estate values within the community. Although, there is not one single way to do this, the fact is that it cannot be done without a plan. The current board along with prior boards have put together and executed a plan of action that has included many projects that are designed to better the community.

The Wellington Aero Club is in our opinion, one of the greatest aero park communities in Florida: It extends over 300 acres of land, has a diverse selection of custom homes, in a private setting, a convenient location, large lots, a great social atmosphere, and the nicest neighbors. As pilots, we have traveled all around this County and have seen many nice places to live; our community is in the top ten. We have an immense appreciation for our community and feel a need to enhance and maintain what we have.
