The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) as commonly known is actually called the Wellington Environmental Control Committee or WECC in our founding documents. WECC was established prior to the Village of Wellington and played a major role early on with the development of the community and its surrounding facilities. Today, the WECC taken on a slightly different role: The committee member’s duties include establishing architectural and beautification rules for the community, reviewing applications and plans for construction of houses and hangars, enforcing the rules as necessary in order to maintain the aeronautical right of way, the community drainage, and the beautiful custom appearance of the community.
