BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE
The beautification committee is in charge of beautifying and enhancing the entranceway monuments and the clubhouse area. These areas are some of the most visible facilities to our guests and should be maintained particularly in order to keep our upscale community image. Recently, we renovated the entrance monuments and will see that yearly plantings of Spring and Fall annuals will decorate the signs and the clubhouse. Our next major project is to renovate the clubhouse interior. This will be a continuing project that will be done in stages and may take several years. The entire layout will be made larger and more functional for parties and events.In a separate note, if you do use the clubhouse, please remember that it is your clubhouse too and that you should treat it as such. Clean up after your party, take your garbage with you- there is no garbage pickup at the clubhouse, lock up after you are finished, and report any problems or broken items to the management agent.
